A close friend had recently completed his home and strongly recommended the services of Andy, as I was also in the midst of looking for an ID to assist with the renovation of my place. It was evidently clear within the first few messages that Andy was very responsive and always available for advice. By the first meeting, my wife and I were impressed with Andy's enthusiasm and ability to offer ideas spontaneously, always keeping in mind the budget that we had set out with. Whether it was having a new idea for Andy to consider, or checking with him on certain items during our regular visits to the house when it was undergoing a transformation, Andy was always just a phone call or text away. Even if the odd hiccup occurred, you can be assured that this would be rectified almost immediately. It is this dedication and availability which I find especially important and reassuring for a first time homeowner like myself. As you would expect, Andy not only delivered on time and on budget, I feel especially proud to have seen the completed project as he has successfully turned a house into a home, one that my wife and I are very pleased to come home to each day. Even as the home has now been completed, Andy maintains very strong after sales service for minor touch up works which I may require from time to time.
